ETC Consignment Policy
Thank you for choosing ETC to consign your quality furniture and large home decor items! To ensure a smooth and successful consignment process, please review our policy carefully before submitting your items.
Commission Split:

60% of the selling price goes to the Consignor.

40% of the selling price goes to ETC.
Item Drop-Off & Pickup:

Drop-offs are free and must be scheduled in advance at a prearranged time.

Local pickup service is available for a fee ranging from $50-$100, depending on location.
Condition Requirements:

Items must be thoroughly cleaned and free of dirt, dust, cobwebs, etc.

Drawers must be wiped clean, with no spills or stains.

Any needed repairs must be disclosed in advance.

Items should show no evidence of pet damage (e.g., hair, chew marks, scratches). However, if items are from a pet-friendly home, this must be disclosed.

Items with distinct odors, including smoke, cannot be accepted.
Acceptance & Pricing:

ETC reserves the right to refuse any item at drop-off for any reason.

We will collaborate with you to determine the optimal pricing for your items.
Markdown Policy:

If an item has not sold within 60 days of being on the sales floor, a 15% markdown will be applied.

After 90 days, an additional markdown totaling 25% will be applied.
Item Return or Donation:

At 120 days, you will be contacted to either pick up or donate the unsold item.
